  • Lorraine goes the extra mile to help people. When our mother could no longer live on her own, Lorraine Costello @ CRM helped us research every detail of fixing up and renting out versus selling. After deciding to sell the home in a very run down condition, Lorraine found a buyer very quickly. This sale had to be contingent upon court approval which meant the buyer had to wait longer than she was willing. Lorraine immediately found a new buyer and the deal was done. She also helped with the overwhelming process of clearing and cleaning out the enormous mess. It wasn't long after this that my mother in law decided to sell her own rental property. My mother in law was a top real estate agent for decades, but has retired. The RE market has changed drastically, so she turned to Lorraine to sell her property. Lorraine did a great job. She also went above and beyond by helping contact the homeowner who shared the block wall that was in need of repair. This repair was the responsibility of that homeowner (trees), and Lorraine made sure it was taken care of.
