  • Desert Rose deserves all of the accolades repeated over and over again in these reviews and my adding to them, although certainly justified, would be like bringing coal to Newcastle. Instead, I want to express my gratitude at the remarkable way they handled a misunderstanding (probably more on my part than on theirs) that resulted in my door being refinished in a way I didn't expect and, frankly, was very disappointed with.When I brought my disappointment to their attention, there was no effort to lay the blame at my feet, though certainly it might have belonged there. They simply came back and redid the entire job, from start to finish, as though they had never done it before. The re-do resulted in a beautiful door, just like all the yelp reviewers describe, but it was the unbelievable level of customer service that was remarkable and which I told all my neighbors about. Here in the Arizona desert, door refinishing is a way of life and when the time comes to re-do one or more of my doors, Desert Rose is the only company I'll call.
