  • I have never had a worse experience with a service provider. Every month the bill was incorrect and always higher than the promotion quoted. After hours of frustration they would say it would be effective the following month. After endless added fees my final experience was a $200 fee when service was discontinued. Although my original contract had expired they said additional discounts created another contract that was broken. There was never a mention of a new contract when the offers were made. They hide the verbiage in your bill. They also did not bother to let me know it would be an extra $200 on my bill when I called to cancel the service. If you have a choice DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! BUYER BEWARE!!!
