  • BEWARE***con artists. Do not sign anything or leave this dealership if you have issues with the vehicle. Even if they sign a "we owe" they will not fix the issue and ignore your calls,e mail s and voice mails. I'm pretty sure I can sue because the signed the* we owe * and put it in writing that they would fix the issue. I'm sure their thought is most people won't fight them on it. Long story short. they told me the issue with my newly purchased vehicle couldn't be fixed because they couldn't road test the vehicle at 75 mph even though the speed limiton the 10 is 75???? Really. I have been ignored for 50 days no one returns calls or VM I was basically told tough luck. Do not deal with Cody in service he won't fight for you (I am a 3 time penske customer) didn't care at all!!! He just told me to call the gm.. Jim Scritchfield my sales guy called me for a follow up and after I told him I still had issues and no one was helping...guess what.. Same story he told me sorry nothing I can do call the gm... Clark Smith . Same story treated me terribly and said sorry pal best of luck and hung up on me.. I still have not heard from the gm after numerous e mails and calls and voice mails left. I will never buy audi Chandler or penske again. I suggest you not either save yourself the headache. Read all the reviews it will sum up the experience and customer service you will get. I spent over $100,000 in 4 years with penske and they won't fix a small issue ..maybe a few hundred out of pocket for them
