  • I would not recommend - they did a terrible job at marketing our home - they only posted on Craigslist 2x (which is FREE! hellooooo) and lied to me saying they posted on Craigslist extensively. . . . hmmmm I guess they don't realize you can search for postings for months in the past... Also they were in charge of property maintenance. They told us that they would re-activate the water and electricity so the pool didn't turn green (when the tenants moved out). They put this in writing in an email - but then come to find out 1 month later they NEVER turned the electricity/water on so the pool and spa were getting ruined! I don't know how they were "showing" the home (like they said they were) with a green pool! Calling them is a nightmare - they NEVER return phone calls - one of the owners Steven always wanted us to speak w/other staff - but his staff would not return calls! Only sign up with them to manage/market your property if you want you home to remain vacant with no revenue, want your home to fall into disrepair. And want to get extremely frustrated trying to get return calls and service!
