  • Came on game day, obviously expecting it to be busy. Got a table right away but didn't get a waiter sent to us for over 20 minutes until we asked a manager where he was. Not even a "hi I'm so and so I'll be with you guys in just a few minutes". I don't care that it's busy, the customer was unacceptable.
