I am no stranger to Ike's. I have been more times than I can count, including this location when I worked on that side of town. I ordered a "Vegan Handsome Owl" and when I got it the sandwich wasn't very big, or at least not as big as it usually is. I also noticed it had pretty much none of the teriyaki sauce on it, in my opinion that's what makes that sandwich. It was also pretty cold, it's not necessarily meant to be a "hot" sandwich but the vegan chicken was not even warm let alone hot which made it seem undercooked and chewy so it was all I could taste, it ended up making me lose my appetite half way through and I ended up throwing away the other half because my stomach felt upset. I noticed the sandwich had been done for about 5 min but the customer at the register kept having a conversation with the cashier so she didn't hear him say "order up". All in all the experience was pretty disappointing especially when you spend $12 on a sandwich.
