  • The service here was terrible. After two hours so called work, they only replaced the glass...when I checked the car there's still a lot of broken pieces around the window frame and inside the trunk door. And they claimed they can't vacuum it out (which supposed to be very simple and must-do job for a professional auto-glass repair shop). After I got home and found out the viper didn't work and came back to this shop to ask the mechanician why they didn't fix it and the guy yelled me back!!! Yea... HE YELLED ME BACK!!! That's the attitude I got back!!! And they claimed that they're a glass replacement/fixing company they don't do mechanical work at all. So they don't care about if your parts are still working or not, which however their receptionist over phone told you they're going to fix everything and make it look like new. After I talked to the manager (actually an elder mechanician, manager wasn't there), the mechanician before seemed to know how to behave and willing to do all the clean up I asked before. So irritated. Don't recommend at all. If you guys are still willing to come to this store, check carefully after their work done (especially glass replacement). Safeguard ur rights.
