The service department brings the ratings for this dealership straight down to the pits. Husband's car has been in the shop for 3 WEEKS to repair the sunroof that is under warranty and they gave the car back to him missing parts! Ridiculous. So now he's sitting at the dealership AGAIN for the service dept to fix the sunroof like they should have done during the 3 weeks they had the car to begin with. I will never understand why people just can't do the job correctly the first time around. Incredibly unprofessional and downright inept.
Remember, when you buy a car you aren't just buying a car; you're in a relationship with the dealership's service dept too. Unfortunately, the service departments are like a mentally abusive mother in law that you can't get away from because you married in to the family when you bought the car.
