  • WARNING: THEY ARE NOT 24 HOURS! We contacted them at 9:00 pm last night... no one contacted us. I finally got ahold of someone the following morning. My home warranty company contracted them for our AC going out. We are currently in the midst of an excessive heat warning and I realize our home is not the only home in the valley with an AC issue, however, In an industry such as this in Vegas it is not ideal to go more than 12 hours with temps as high as 107. They were unable to get a tech to us. I called multiple times in hopes for a cancellation. I had to call my Home insurance back and BEG for a new contractor. We have animals and young children in our home not safe to go a full 24 hours without any AC. Maybe hire a few more techs to handle emergency situations. By the way Just in Time was the secondary contractor. They got someone out to us in between jobs within hours of my call. It took less then 30 minutes to the fan motor.
