  • This is a nice IKEA. There's something comforting about the smell, the cool ambiance, and strolling through the perfectly organized staged rooms. I only come once per year (after we go to Charlotte) and it's always fun and predictable. I love the cafeteria, as well. Good options and so affordable. I wish the staff had been a little more helpful. I couldn't find them most of the time, and when I did they'd say things like "sorry, I don't usually work in this section" and not offer to help. The end result was me not being able to find and buy several items I'd seen online and wished for. But I guess when you're in a big box store with prices like these they don't really loose customers from this sort of thing.
