Plentiful and flavorful. Their tonkotsu broth was rich without being overly fatty or salty, and their noodles were tender but chewy just how I like them. The place itself is a little sparse, but that's to be expected from a small brand new restaurant. The service was attentive and friendly, and the price was right.
I'm still not sure whether this one or Tampopo is better, but I like that I even have to make that decision.
