  • I have to update my review after finding out today both Nikki and Victoria left. They are exceptional stylist and I will be posting as soon as they start officially at their new salon. The environment and staff at Shear Excellence is exceptional. I have always had an exceptional experience, but the main reason for that exceptional experience was because of the detail to attention and perfect cut every time I received from Nikki. With Nikki no longer here, Shear Excellence has lost two regulars and my referral. I have updated my review lowering it from 5 stars to 3 because I have no good or bad comments regarding the other stylist at Shear Excellence. I can only say the loss of Nikki and Victoria was huge and I will not be returning. It took me 6 months before I found someone that knew my hair, the style and I could trust to do a great job every time. Very sad and disappointed to see two exceptional stylist gone from here.
