  • I've been using this Chase location for years without any issues. We've been happy with the service overall. That being said, they have a new automated teller machine inside that is a joke... It's basically an ATM but inside the building. If I had wanted an ATM I wouldn't have come in at all. I wouldn't care about the addition of the machine except that it seems they count it as a teller... so they are now always understaffed on tellers. No Bueno! The personal bankers here are all great though!!
