  • Karlos was very pleasant when I arrived. He was extremely busy as it was the holiday weekend, but kept reassuring us he will help up asap and to be patient. He is one of the nicest people up and very professional. Keep him as he is your saving grace. Now when I turned in the car to Lee, well that's a whole different story. He was rude, condescending, and extremely unprofessional. I had been calling quiet often bc I needed to extend the time and he never called me back. When I got to the location he was on his cell and there was a sticky note with my info on it and magically he was "just about to give me a call". He proceeded to walk the car and stated there was a spill stain. The interior of the car was darkest cloth and when I picked it up I admitted that I only walked the outside as I had to wait for awhile bc karlos was so slammed. Instead of saying okay let me see what I can do, he just continued accusing me of doing it, instead of being respectful and saying that he is going to have to charge me, but let me talk to my manager. He moves at the slowest pace as I'm telling him I'm sort of in a rush and moved even SLOWER. I told him my sick son is in the car and I have to go ( which he was with my bc waiting for me) Well I won't lie, I lost it and told him to give me his boss number and ill talk to him myself and he kept taking forever and was a jerk. He then proceeded to tell me that " don't you have your son to take care of?" That was the absolute last straw for me. Needless to say, thank you to budget online bc all of my fees were reversed to me and they were extremely nice. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUDGET JUST GO TO THE AIRPORT
