  • We thought that based on the show the service would be great and the burgers good... Service was not what one would expect and the 18% gratuity for poor service is a joke! We were 5 adults and one child so this was a group of six and told ofthe mandatory gratuity. If you have this fee then service your clients to prove the tip is worth it!! Burgers were good however, A bit greasy... Long ticket time! Menus were in very poor shape considering it recently opened... You don't see this mess on the show!!! Go to the Toronto location... You will all agree!
