Had a fairly expensive watch stolen from my room. It was left on the bathroom counter next to the sink and management says there is nothing they can do.. they offered no assistance other than just asking their housekeeping staff if someone had taken it. As if someone would confess to theft. I would not recommend this place to stay no matter the price. Stay somewhere else where you can have piece of mind that your belongings will be safe.

I do not live in Canada and to the best of my knowledge I cannot file a police report without being in person, especially since I am not a citizen. It seemed like more work than worth. A watch does not spontaneously disappear. If my watch was accidentally thrown in with the towels, it would of been found in the machines. Bottom line, the watch was stolen. I spend 12-15 nights a month in a hotel but I will never stay in one of yours again.
