  • I called this morning to see if they had any openings today. They asked me if I could come in right now. Me and Loki, my cocker Spaniel, arrived at 8:30am and were greeted by a friendly staff. Brittany is the one I spoke with and she seemed to know how to cut a cockers hair. Other places I've been have not gotten it quite right. Finally at 1:30 I got the call that he was ready. It took longer than I wanted. Hopefully next time when I schedule an apt in advance, it won't take as long. Brittany did a fab job. She thinned his thick coat making it lighter and cooler for him, and easier for me to brush. His coat is so soft and she did pretty good blending the cuts. I didn't have a coupon but she used one to give him an oatmeal bath. That was sweet of her to do. She gave me coupons for the next time too. Typically his groomimg cost me $45. This place charged me $60. Ouch. I didn't see any advertised prices in the store. Though it is a bit higher, I am happy with his cut and the staff. When you find a good place, you stick with them.
