Absolutely disappointed in centurylink. I canceled my plan at the start of the month and with being told I would only be charged $22 and it would be billed to me.. I been waiting for a bill and nothing. They turned around and charged me for a full month of service even after I cancelled. I told them I was in financial hardship because my mother was diagnosed with cancer and she is terminal. They took my money without my consent and said your SOL we don't refund. I do NOT recommend them to anyone!
