  • Not sure if it's the heat that's causing people to be in such a bad mood, but if a customer asks for something on the menu and you don't have it available then have a sign that says so. Don't give customers an attitude because now you have to wait for them to decide on something else. I'm sorry that this is how a business is run. These places are a dime a dozen and fortunately there are other places that hopefully will want my business.
