  • I will be sending an email to shoppers drug mart management for this location. I've purchased makeup from this location a few times and the beauty experts have been nothing but unhelpful. I can understand if it is busy, I would ask simple questions such as "which foundation is more duo or matte ? Is urban decay more natural looking? Or can you help me wth pick a smokey eye shadow palette? " They would reply with attitude and irritation. I do question if they treat me as if I cannot afford anything in the store. I would wait for their help and I would be ignored. After going to that Yonge and Eglington location , I would lose interest in buying the product I can for. As I exited through the front, my friend asked questions about an optimum card. Darlene saved my experience there, she was friendly and courteous I'm fed up with the service I consistly receive there. Moving forward I will shop at Sephora, & most likely with never set foot in this store again.
