  • I was invited by the owner to come and check out his establishment after I had mistakenly checked into this salon and given a review. I have no Idea how that even happened as the 2 salons are at least 3 1/2 miles apart. Either way I thought that his professionalism in handling MY mistake was top notch. With that said, I made the notifications that I wanted to come in for a haircut for myself and my son. We arrived a few minutes early and checked in. It really was less than 2 minutes later that I was called back. I thought the place was setup like a normal salon and I was waiting for the thing that sets this place apart. While getting my haircut I engaged Miss Courtney in conversation, and she was sure to ask me if I wanted my hair shorter, or blended higher. I like that because it makes it easier I think to ask while doing the haircut than wait until the end, and then need to start over blending the haircut higher. If it was a perfect world the salon would of been cooler,but hey, I'm a big guy and it's never cool enough for me! What I really enjoyed, and set this place apart from every other hair hacker around, is that for about the same price I also got my hair washed! Now I know that doesn't sound like much, but let me just say this: when you sit in that seat, and put your head back into the sink, the whole world just fades away. The washing and massaging of my scalp was so relaxing I could see sitting in that chair for 1/2 an hour! Alas, after my shampooing and conditioning(read here: massage) I was taken back to the stylist chair. Given a choice of product, and had my hair styled. Simple good service, done they way you ask. Couldn't ask for more. I'm glad this place is conveniently located off the 215/95 because I will be back.
