  • Horrible!!! Just a friendly reminder,, if you've pre-booked and already bought insurance from your 3rd party. SAY NO to all their upsells. I told them I already bought insurance and would not reverse the charge over the phone. So I had to DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK to their office to have the charges removed. What a waste of my time!!! All I wanted to do is get my car. Get in my hotel room and nap the eff out!! Is that too much to ask for??? Can you tell im not happy!? Cause I'm laying it on this review quite thick.
