  • Great instructors- they provide lavender ice towels and spray for your mats. The only thing that made me consider continuing to look elsewhere for a home studio was the students talking in the studio before and after class. I come early to meditate and prepare before class and found it distracting, and though probably unintentional - disrespectful to other's practice. A sign on the door stating no talking would be helpful!
