  • Was abruptly told by a man, "Bad connection, you'll have to call back!" and hung up on with nary a pleasantry. Called back and reached a woman who was actually gracious and helpful. If bad connection equals calling from my desk phone from a neighboring business, I'd hate to hear how they treat cell phone users.
