  • I've had my Lexus serviced at 4 other dealerships, in and out of state and found them all lacking compared to the McDowell dealership. My rep, Rick is always friendly, helpful and really works for his customers. Never does he make that face, you know the face, when you step over the boundary of reasonable requests. He just takes care of it. Of late I had the car stored and it got some rub marks on it that just really bugged me, seemed like thats all I saw. So when I had the vehicle in for a wheel alignment at my summer's home dealership I asked them if they could buff out the scuffs. They said they couldn't get the scuffs buffed out. So when I got back to AZ I had the vehicle in for regular service at the McDowell dealership and asked Rick to see what he could do. Poof--the scuffs are gone, somehow these guys got the scuffs out when the other dealership couldn't. Thanx so much for the detail care.
