  • We have never boarded our cat before, so we were very nervous. We toured multiple boarding places and did lots of research. Finally, we decided on Bark Avenue. We had our cat in a suite for four days. The people who work there are FABULOUS! We couldn't have asked for better people to care for our child. We called to see how she was doing, and they even put the phone up to the suite so we could hear our cat (she's a loud one). Also, our cat has VERY strict diet instructions, and they followed them exactly how the instructions were (we can tell, because she gets allergic reactions and other problems if her diet isn't strictly managed properly). Whenever our cat needs to be boarded again we will definitely take her here!
