  • EDIT: The owner immediately reached out to me to try and rectify the situation. Although I politely declined his invitation to come back, I really do appreciate the great customer service so I bumped my review up by one star. The prices here are very affordable, but you get what you pay for. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is definitely my least favorite escape room I've done in Vegas, and I've gone to six different establishments around the valley. The plus side is that this place is really affordable when I found the deal on Groupon. The bad side is because the production is so evidently low-budget. We did The Unknown (Part 1). The decorations were cheap, the puzzles are mostly all lock-and-key / lock combinations, and the way you get hints are through a house phone. The story is both cheesy and mostly irrelevant. As for service, most of the workers were okay, except one who I remember being quite bored and seemed labored every time he talked to us. Everyone has an off-day, I guess. Overall, I think there are a lot of great and reasonably-priced escape rooms with better puzzles and better set design than the one I experienced here. If you have smaller children and you've never done an escape room before, I definitely wouldn't blame you to try this place out to test the waters of what an escape room is about -- maybe just don't expect the best.
