  • I would give this company 0 stars if I was allowed to do that. They are horrible and I would encourage anyone who has insurance with them to find a different company. They are impossible to get ahold of. They do not return phone calls and they will nickel and dime you on everything when dealing with a claim. My husband was hit by someone who is insured with America Access and it has been nothing but a nightmare trying to get our property damage claim resolved. I was told a few times by the claims adjuster that he didn't have to be nice to me because I am not his insured. I have tried to reach supervisors numerous times and they also refuse to call people back when you leave a message and they NEVER answer their phones. It has been almost a month since my husbands accident and we still have not been paid out for our vehicle. They have had the title to my car for 2 weeks now and I still do not have a check. I know the bodily injury portion of our claim is also going to be a nightmare to deal with. We were forced to get an attorney to handle the bodily injury portion because I know America Access is going to try to screw us if I didn't get legal representation. DO NOT get insurance with this company .... and Pray you don't ever get into an accident with someone that has this insurance.
