  • GSO only gets 1 star because it's impossible to give zero stars. DO NOT UTILIZE THIS VENDOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! I have now waited 4 days for 2 parcels to be delivered, each day at the end of their "delivery" time frame I've received an email stating that no one was home to accept delivery... BS not only have I been home, I've been in my front yard during the delivery times! I have endeavored to deal with their "customer service" only to have been hung up on 3 separate times. I've just spent another half hour on the phone with them to be told "tomorrow between 12 & 4" once again, I get off the phone and moments later have an email informing me that 1 of the parcels is being returned to the sender. My next call will be to the consumer fraud division of the state attorney general! DO NOT UTILIZE THIS VENDOR!!!
