Dr. Cassidy came highly recommended, but first impression was a filthy gross office. I'm used to "kid" places being unkept, but this was AWFUL. I almost took pics with my phone I couldnt believe it. Dirty marks on the walls above the chairs where people's heads rub on the wall. The "play area" was a small box of filthy broken germ infested toys in the corner. Seriously...a puzzle with no pieces!? Staff was not very friendly and heavy accents were hard for me to understand. Per routine, it takes 15 minutes for eye drops to dilate the eyes. We were sent back to the nasty public waiting area (instead of a room) to wait the 15 minutes. Staff comes out into the waiting area in front of everyone to apply more drops! I felt it was unsanitary & unprofessional to do so there. Of course, my 1 year old was then screaming & kicking in front of everyone. The diagnosis was presented I felt in a rushed abrupt fashion. I was then pushed back out into the waiting area where a girl was selling glasses at a tacky card table setup in the corner. All this while trying to absorb the shock of being presented "doom & gloom" news that my child has never been able to see much at all. By the time I got to my car I was in tears. I would NEVER go here again! We now go to Arizona Pediatric Eye Specialists with Dr. Plotnik. A different diagnosis and much better place.
