I'm always down to try new BBQ spots and usually leave disappointed. I didn't leave Sin City Smoker's disappointed, but I left wanting more. I had the Ribs and Brisket, Mac n Cheese, and the Baked beans. Ribs were good, the brisket was good, the Mac n Cheese was good, the Baked Beans were good, but nothing was Great. The sauces were one dimensional in flavor and the rub they used didn't really complement the meat. There are some BBQ places that when you take a bite it tastes special and I'm just waiting to find that in Las Vegas. This place was good and I'd be down to go back, but if I'm shelling out $ for BBQ I'm holding out for awesome or amazing BBQ not just good BBQ which is what Sin City Smokers is.
Also, the sides were too small. Like abnormally small. Especially considering the sides are a la cart to the meats and are ~ $2 each. The size of the side would have been ok had it been included with the meal but to pay for essentially 2 bites of Mac and cheese is a little silly.
