Let's start this review to advise that I'm a fan and have dined at many
off the different Wolfgang Puck restaurants. Visited CUT on 9/1/2010. We were greeted & seated promptly & immediately given a extensive wine list. We're not into wines, but enjoyed the specialty alcoholic & non-alcoholic cocktails We were offered many types of house breads. Ordered the Bone Marrow Flan appetizer which was very smooth & tasty, but felt the mushroom marmalade was salty. I order the Nebraska 35 days Ribeye, which was for some reason also appeared a bit salty for my taste. I've had many better steaks in the past for less costs. My wife had the Pan Roasted Maine Lobster, which was good. I must say the service was excellent. Had many different staff tending to our table. The reason I can't provide a higher rating is high cost versus the overall food taste.
