  • These people didn't even bother returning my call. Amanda told me to call back next day at 8am to have the consultation over the phone. So I did with no answer. Couldn't believe they didn't even answer the phone! Then I left two more messages. The first one with the answering machine. Left my name, phone number and a detailed message. Again, no answer. I thought I would give it one more try and called for the last time. Someone, who I assume was their secretary, transferred me to Jordan's desk, but he did not answer the phone so I Left the last message. Almost a week later, no one even took the time to called me back. If this is the way they treat their clients, then it's a good thing that I never got them involved in my case. This just shows their negligence and lack of interest for their clients. Too bad for people who proud themselves from 100% positive review on Yelp. Well, here it is a bad one. Thanks.
