  • Dan, or as we call him "Sir Cowbell", is bloody awesome!!! Why the cowbell you ask, well, it is due to a long and confidential conversation of taste and everything in moderation. Ok, so moving on, go here and spend a few many hours!!!! Get over yourself and do it!!!! You'll see, trust me, we (my roommate and I) drink cocktails probably more than we should and Dan Sir Cowbell rocks!!! And yes, we have officially coined his name "Sir Cowbell", our other coined mixologist is Roger Gross known as "Sir Mix a lot"
