  • Richard is a great technician and does his job extremely well, unfortunately he works for a company with horrible customer service skills. I was a customer for more than eight years and have been treated with no care or consideration. I will no longer recommend them and as others stated previously, they have poor billing practices. Thank you to both Richard and Rhonda for great service, unfortunately that was not enough.
