  • If I could give 0 I would. It's under new management and the manager Victoria did my nails today or should I say tore off my nail. I asked for my acrylics to be taken off and just for a gel manicure and she starts trying to get my acrylics off with a fake nail without soaking it or anything. She failed to get my pinky nail off. Moved on to the next nail and got it off the next nail took off my real length of my nail and the last one she managed to rip it entirely off about 1/4th of the way and that's when I said forget it. Leave them on. I've been getting my nails done for years and never once has this happened. She managed to use an excuse for what happened first than apologized. When I went to check out she let me know it was $33 dollars and I asked if she gave me a discount and she just looked at me. I told her I wasn't going to pay full price for it and she gave me 5 dollars off. To say the least I will never be going back there!
