  • Friendly and clean. Tip: Check out their complimentary one service trial online. When I was on the Planet Fitness website, I came across this automated spa. I was curious about the services and was glad that I visited. After we signed up online, my daughter received a phone call within one hour. They asked if we would like to make an appointment and got us in the same day. When we arrived, the two ladies at Planet Beach were super friendly, informative and not pushy at all. They asked if we were familiar with the Planet Beach Contempo Spa concept and their services. Because this was our first time, we asked to hear about all the services they offered. Cheerily, they told us about their automated spa services: steam, infrared, tanning, massage chair with facial, individual sauna, spray tanning. All the treatment rooms were clean and looked inviting. Our host's favorite service was the facial with the awesome reclining massage chair. My daughter and I were both intrigued by the dry jet massage bed or hydromassage. While it was relaxing, we didn't think that the highest setting for the hydromassage was intense enough to address our sore muscles. My daughter recommended that I didn't use the pillow so I could get my head massaged. The jets did not quite reach our arms when we were lying on our backs. Next time we visit, we will try the facial with the awesome massage chair. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our first visit to the automated spa. Tip: They have a no tipping culture, but this did not stop the ladies from serving with a smile. They have a monthly program where you can receive unlimited services.
