My husband and I make the trek to The Fry Bread House as often as we can. Both the red and green chilies are amazing, and they make the best fry bread, hands down. We usually get the Joad special ( a bowl of chili and fry bread). This time I got adventurous and ordered one of the daily specials - a squash burro. Summer squash, corn, onions and cheese wrapped in a chumuth. It was so flavorful, I had to make myself slow down to enjoy every bite.
