  • Recently moved to Phoenix and had to find some place to get my watches (Hamilton 992B pocket watches) serviced and repaired. As anyone who has any Hamilton 992B pocket watches knows, it's not easy finding places that still know how to service them and have the needed parts and tools. The Clock Doctor had the needed part (a new crystal) as well as the tool to put the new crystal in. It took a few minutes to put the new crystal in my watch.
