  • One star is too much. Made an appointment for my wife. Arrived and they charged her a $25 copay that she didn't owe then took her into a room to confirm her birthday. Wrong birthday, wrong patient but still charged her, then came up with something about an inconsistent blood test and told her they'd discharged her 6 months ago after the first visit. The front staff have no idea what they are doing, clearly the call takers for appointments haven't either. Very poor customer service and hotels effort for a Dr's office. Don't waste your time.
