  • We've been to the Surprise location more than a few times now. Burgers and fries are good, no complaints there, but their Frosty...it's NOT! When we eat their Frosty, the consistency is like a foamy milkshake; no use for a spoon. We've eaten a Frosty at the Goodyear and Phoenix location and their Frosty IS LIKE A FROSTY -- very thick-like soft serve ice cream. I've called and complained once and the manager was nice enough to offer me a complimentary meal on my next visit for the inconvenience. Every time I visit I always hope their Frosty is up to par and every time I set myself up for disappointment :(. Please Surprise Wendy's, get in contact with the other local Wendy's to see what makes their Frosty different from yours.
