  • Warning: zero Customer service with borderline racism!! Never have I felt such discrimination in Toronto before. Shopkeeper rushed towards us among other customers to stop us from touching the samples in a condescending tone (assuming we do not speak or understand English). She did 'apologize' in a sarcastic tone before we left the shop. Upon passing the same area 5 min later, the shopkeeper spotted us and unwillingly offer us an insincere apology (after being persuaded by previous customer present in the store) by offering a 100ml free bottle of their olive oil to prevent us from posting on Yelp. We declined the bottle. We will never return and no one should be treated unfairly like this in Canada.
