I can't directly comment on the quality of the furniture here because I've only had my bedroom set for about a year now and so far it seems ok besides the fact that its easily scratch-able.
My complaint comes from the staff themselves, one individual in particular. I refuse to go in there anymore, and on the rare occasion I go in to shop for the bedroom/living room furniture that I need for my new house, I immediately leave if I see he's working.
I had about an hour to kill the other day and decided to go in to look around for a new dining room set. Within the first 3 minutes of being there I forgot I had to make an important call. So while I'm literally on the phone, this gentleman comes over and tries talking to me/selling to me mid conversation. Of course I ignore him and continue my conversation while I look around the store. Not even ten minutes later I hear a "psst!! pssst!!!" I look over and its the same guy, waving and trying to get my attention. Keep in mind I'm still on the phone. So my slow browsing turned into fast glancing which turned into me bolting out of the store.
I understand these people work on commission for the most part, but I cannot stand the "car salesman" type pressure I receive when I go in this store. Especially to be so rude as to interrupt my conversation not only once but twice. I'll never go back there while that man is working.
