Poor customer service for the owner! I received a notification from FedEx notifying me of my delivery to my PO Box. I checked my PO Box and no package. I asked the owner about a package for my box # he said, "show me notification, you must be confused." Showed him FedEx notification and indeed one of his employees signed for package. He said, "well I can't help you because my (employee name) is not here." Please give me your number and I will call you if I find package. I asked, "can you call him?" He said, "I don't have his number." So I left. He did not call to provide any update. I called before he closed for the day and he answered and I inquired about my missing package. He said, "it's lost." "I will have to talk to (employee name) on Monday." Not once was he empathetic or courteous. I'm in disbelief because this is the owner I'm taking about.
