  • Put in a small order to get a gift embroidered. I decided to take a last minute trip to Kentucky to visit the relative the gift was for. I called to ask if it was possible they could finish my order before my trip, so I could give it to my relative in person than through the mail. I gave him a little more than one day notice, so I didn't expect him to finish, I knew they were busy. However, he made sure to finish it for me before I had to leave. Now that's what I call customer service, and the finished product was beautiful! I definitely will be using this place again in the future!
