  • My bf and I stayed in this hotel the weekend of May 28th and were very happy with this hotel. The staff was very warm and friendly upon arrival. Despite the fact that their system had broken down, the large amount of wedding guests the night we stayed and an overcrowded parking lot I must really rave how great it was. The parking valet gentleman we had the pleasure to meet was extraordinary. He was kind and very considerate. The front desk staff were exceptional in communicating what was going on with their computer system crashing and reminded us we mattered and worked very hard to get us to the room the day of our arrival. Our room was very cute and we comfortable. As I mentioned before we had a room literally right next to the wedding commotion the weekend of our stay and it was still very quiet in our room. The proximity of this hotel was perfect to Severance Hall, The Cleveland Museum of Art, The Botanical Garden and Little Italy. This hotel is very cute and great. I would highly recommend it to anyone. We also got a peek of a wedding that was going on. It was a cute venue for that as well.
