| - This place is okay, I have gotten 2 full body massages here so far not sure if I'll come back. They didn't really lesson to what I had to say about where I needed a massage or where I was hurting and some didn't speak English so couldn't understand. It was more kind of non personal, and they both did the same massage pattern, like then start at the back, legs, then turn over and do face temples, etc. but when I went there I asked only the parts that hurt to be massaged. The rest of my body they could ignore for all I cared. They didn't lesson in my opinion. That is why you get massages usually for a specific area, or all over but only certain parts most people want to specifically have them focused on. I know this place is not that expensive but I'd rather pay more for someone to give me exactly what I want. Or else it's just a total waste of time and money in my opinion. Then here you basically have to tip even if they don't give you what you want and your not satisfied. The last time I'm pretty sure I didn't get the full hour either cause they where low on massage people, and new customers came in. The people who work here seem, unwelcoming, kinda unfriendly, all about the money, who cares about customer service, didn't seem like they did, cranky Asains, im half Asian, but I'm very Americanized so some of my family on my mother side is like that "high strung" grumpy obviously I do not get along with them. Lol this may seem mean to say but it's the truth maybe not many people have the guts to say... but they will think it. Look I know it's tough in the country cranky asians come from, but that's not the way to go about it, life is always tough, but your not going to get return customers if you don't start treating them better. Like humans not dollar bill signs. If you want the money at least act like you want it by being nice and giving them what they ask for. Not cutting there time short, then rushing them out, so you can get the mandatory tip. Yes I know Vegas is a tourist town so you feel like you will never run out of customers, but you will, and people will talk and write reviews. Karma is real.
