  • Both my husband and son go here to get haircuts so I thought what a great Christmas gift idea get gift cards. My 1st attempt I came during the week around 3pm to purchase a gift card and no one in the place knew how to issue a gift card and told me to come back the next day after 9am....well I work during those hours so I can't just come back when some in the establishment knows how to issue a gift card. So, I came back 3 days later around 2:30 and they told me because they were busy with clients it would be a 20 minute wait. Really? I left and went to another hair salon in the area, guess what they were busy too with clients in the chairs and clients waiting. It took them all but 3 minutes to get 2 gift cards. This Fantastic Sam location just lost a 50.00 sale and 2 long time clients.
