  • I was looking to start doing martial arts again after an 8-year hiatus, so I went around different clubs, to compare what's the best club for me. I stepped into this club, and was greeted by the head instructor. Pretty rudely, I might add. I asked him a few questions, and his answers were short, as if he was looking to get rid of me as fast as possible. After about 5 minutes of talking to him, he accused me of being from another club, and spying on his club, and told me that if I was serious about training, I would show up at his club on a specific day, and train. Then, without waiting for my response, he just walked away. Of course, I wasn't serious yet about training at his club. I was serious about doing martial arts again, but doing my research about what's the best club for me to train at. After his very rude treatment of me, this is certainly not the club for me.
